Senior Account Manager / Business Development (Montreal)

Responsibilities:

  • Discover prospective clients and their hiring managers through various media.
  • Calling potential clients to offer our investment services on a daily basis.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with your clients and prospective clients.
  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with its customer base.
  • Manage all communications with customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required skills:

  • 2-4 years sales experience.
  • University degree or technical diploma completed.
  • Versatility, self-motivated, autonomy, and management of several positions simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail, demonstrates flexibility and quick adaptation.
  • Stay abreast of advancements and innovations in technology and trends in the recruitment industry.
  • Ability to manage and develop good customer relationships.
