New career opportunity for a National Sales Manager – Ville Saint Laurent!

Our client, a leading distributor of juvenile products, is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales operations! – Positive work environment, competitive salary + benefits!

Responsibilities and duties

  • Setting and maintaining sales budgets for all customers
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
  • Monitor the program all major and independent accounts across Canada
  • Provide support and coaching for sales team
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs for new and existing lines with help from our Marketing Team
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports of field sales success, as well as short comings in the market place.
  • Set and manage KPIs
  • Attend trade shows and maintain client relationships
  • Budgeting and cost analysis

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of sales management experience
  • 4+ years in leadership sales position
  • Ability to evaluate selling prices, while keeping a steady margin
  • A positive track record of superior performance metrics
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Able to travel up to one week per month
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must have import costing experience
  • Sales experience of semi-durable products
