Our client is looking for Sales Coordinator who will support the sales team and coordinate sales-related activities within the company as well develop and help implement marketing. The sales coordinator will play an important part in maintaining good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field sales force. You will require excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills, together with an ability to deliver high standards of customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Prepare weekly/monthly sales and forecasting reports

· Prepare detailed product presentations to secure profitable new business in order to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales & gross profit objectives

· Generate and review weekly customer sell through data to monitor inventory levels and report back to the VP of Sales and Marketing.

· Prepare Sales Listing Forms for approval

· Coordinate customer database by inputting new customer profile and existing customer updates

· Coordinate new customer set ups

· Coordinate new customer contracts and existing contract renewals

· Send SKU set up information and marketing materials to customers

· Investigate customer shipping issues internally

· Coordinate all aspects of trade shows and attend when required

· Booking of all travel arrangements for sales team and the VP.

· Manage corporate phone calls as required.

· Notification to customers of product changes and discontinued availability

· Collaborate and manage team relationships internally for various client needs

· Forward samples to customers by entering request, arranging shipment and notifying customer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, an engaging and professional presence

· Strong administration skills

· Good knowledge of technology

· A sense of urgency in achieving the organization’s goals by supporting the closure of deals while informing internal stakeholders of any new customer programs, or processes.

· Instilling a sense of trust in customer relationships required to support long term partnerships.

· Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, an engaging and professional presence

· University Degree.

· Thorough knowledge of advanced functions of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
