Our Client, an established supplier to the ‘new-home’ construction industry and a leading manufacturer of residential & commercial overhead doors and related mechanical products is currently searching for a Reception and Administration Support rep who will be able to aid with various clerical tasks within our clients’ company.

The Ideal Candidate will have a high sense of urgency, flexible to do a variety of tasks each day and clear communication and ‘customer service’ professional level skills conversing with Vendors and customers while taking in-bound 7-line reception calls and greeting Visitors to the Head Office.

Your tasks as a Reception and Administration Support rep:

  • Match Sales invoices to back-up order entry documents and file into paper system
  • Match ‘inter-company’ shipping documents & purchases using Excel spreadsheet
  • Separate Sales invoices and apply postage / email customer copies as required
  • Complete special projects as required
  • Back up Reception on 7-line switchboard
  • Assist Accounting Manager with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements for the Reception and Administration Support rep:

  • Ability to work to strict time deadlines in accordance with Company standards and procedures
  • 1 years’ administrative experience in a similar Reception position
  • Clear communication skills and proficiency with basic technology
  • Solid time management, reasoning skills, strong sense of urgency
