Your tasks as a professional Services Manager:

  • Provide metrics and monthly reporting of projects and performance statistics
  • Direct all aspects of product delivery and implementation while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Manage scheduling, utilization and customer priorities
  • Solve project issues to ensure timely implementations
  • Direct the team to handle all professional services
  • Pinpoint areas where we can add value and provide new services
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross functional teams within the organization
  • Minimal travel as required (international and domestic)

Requirements for the professional Services Manager position:

  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in Professional Services (essential)
  • Experience in Project Delivery within a software / SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability in analytics and reporting
  • Ability to communicate (verbal and written) at a high level with various internal and experienced parties including clients, cross-functional teams and senior executives
  • Customer-oriented
