We are seeking a Parts Coordinator to join one of our client in Mississauga Ontario.

Our client is a global leader in the design and manufacture of safety, productivity and environmental control products for warehousing, manufacturing, retail and distribution center customers. As the largest manufacturer of loading dock and warehouse equipment, they handles loading dock needs from start to finish, with a comprehensive network of factory direct offices that sell, distribute, install and service products across Canada.

Responsibilities:

��� Receive incoming calls from customers, provide a quote and complete order

 Create and manager purchase orders for the Mississauga service department location

 Ensuring all materials, supplies, etc. that leave the shop have been properly accounted for

 Ensure all PO’s are received in a timely manner, to assist with processing time flow

 Work along side Shipper and Receiver to keep inventory flowing and be back up for vacation

 Promote the company’s operational visions, values, and goals

 Participation in training or other team activities to support ongoing continuous improvement

 Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, or his/her designate.

 Reasonable changes could be made to duties when required

Qualifications:

 JD Edwards experience preferred

 Ability to adapt and maintain performance in changing work environment

 Effective interpersonal / communication skills required

 Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

 Ability to effectively manage conflict, foster good team and inter-department relations

 High School diploma
