Our client is a leader in the Beauty industry. This role will work directly with the Marketing Manager, assisting in developing and maintaining the marketing strategies, managing local product launch and promotional calendar, supporting marketing operations and execution of integrated marketing programs. Support in building brand awareness in collaboration with PR, social media, and interactions with all key stakeholders including retail partners and influencers. Manage the execution of key brand initiatives, consistent with the short-term and long-term goals across product categories and all channels of distribution. Creative thinker who is also highly organized with excellent project management skills managing multiple projects simultaneously is required.


  • Support in developing and executing annual and seasonal marketing calendar in conjunction with sales department and channel teams that detail product launches, promotional activities, sampling initiatives and collateral support
  • Collaborate with retailers, develop marketing meeting decks and go-to-market kit
  • Liaise with HQ on local market support, ensuring timeline of product development, copy, global assets for new products; and confirmation of new product pricing/cost/order quantities; monthly marketing communication report
  • Track product production schedule and manage readiness of go-to-market
  • Manage new product and sample set up, including internal and external processes and fulfillment of retailer requests
  • Manage annual and quarterly sampling plan for all channels
  • Partner with cross functional teams and agencies to ensure successful execution of local marketing plan
  • Monitor and track retailer and brand websites to ensure proper program execution and to ensure brand is being well-represented
  • Develop monthly marketing material including digital & social media content and manage asset delivery and execution
  • Liaise with PR agency on communication priorities and alignment with brand strategy
  • Work closely with PR agency to review influencer content, contracts and mailing list
  • Develop plan for store events including event tool kit and partner with sales team on activation protocols
  • Partner with education team to develop brand and product training tools, event protocols, and education collateral
  • Create project trackers, brief designer on creative projects
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and manage ad hoc initiatives as required
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitive launches and activities
  • Schedule and coordinate shipments with external local vendors and warehouse
  • Participate in brand events in-store or other (press launches, influencer events, consumer activations)
  • Stay connected with the beauty, lifestyle influencer world and help identify potential influencers to build brand network

Key Experience and Skills

Qualification and Experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience in marketing in Beauty industry. Sephora experience preferred
  • Bachelor or higher degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related subject
  • Experience in marketing operations, brand communications and launch support execution
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media and influencer marketing
  • Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
