What We’re Looking For Red Seal Welders
We need Red Seal Welders or experienced welding professionals with a strong background in structural steel and pressure welding. If you thrive in heavy manufacturing and want to work on exciting industrial projects, we want you!

Technical Requirements: Red Seal Welders
  • Certification:
  1. Red Seal Welder OR minimum 5 years of welding experience
  2. Current CWB All Position FCAW Qualification (valid for at least 6 months)
  • Skills:
  1. Manual burning using oxy/fuel cutting equipment
  2. Air-arc gouging in all positions
  3. Ability to pass a pre-employment FCAW weld test
Other Requirements: Red Seal Welders
  1. Strong communication skills in English
  2. Commitment to safety and environmental standards
  3. Ability to read and interpret welding procedures, blueprints, and drawings
  4. Comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions
  5. Flexible to work all shifts
