Fuze HR has opened a unique and exciting opportunity for a sales coordinator. This person will have the opportunity to work closely with our Vice-President of Sales, while benefiting from one on one mentoring and coaching and developing a successful career in sales. We’re seeking a sale savvy professional, someone that’s driven by seeking new business opportunities. This role offers the most personalized training to become successful in all aspects of sales.   • Work alongside the Vice-President, Sales
  • Sell Fuze HR Solutions staffing and recruitment services to businesses of all sizes
  • Schedule sales opportunities with potential clients and C-Level executives
  • Self-generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day business activity
  • Build, manage, and maintain sales pipeline
  • Handle high volume of outbound prospecting calls
  • Understand clients needs and requirements
  • Source new sales opportunities through lead generation system
  • Follow-up and outbound calls or e-mails
  • Bachelor’s degree is considered an asset
  • Ability to handle workload, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience in a sales driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong telephone etiquette and aptitude when speaking to clients and potential clients
  • Proven track record of successful sales and customer service experience
  • 6-8 month of prospecting, pre-qualifying potential clients and booking in-person meetings for the Vice-President of sales
  • Successfully transition into completing client sales visits with VP, Sales
  • 12 months in, transition into a full time Account Executive role
  • Base salary + bonuses on every in-person client meeting booked
