- You will experiment with full cycle recruitment to learn about the recruiting industry, and will quickly be promoted into a business development role.
- As business developers in phase two of the mentorship, successful candidates will be responsible for prospecting, calling, and meeting with potential customers as well as closing recruitment contracts while learning from the best salespeople.
- Prospecting sales leads that require recruitment and staffing services through a variety of media and cold calling techniques
- Develop strategies to target potential customers and markets
- Booking and attending in-person meetings on a weekly basis
- Develop and maintain customer relationships across multiple groups and levels
- Daily interaction and brainstorming with Senior Management Team
- Fluent in English and in French
- Bachelor’s degree or completed technical degree
- Tenacity, initiative, and drive balanced with flexibility and adaptability
- Strong communication, organisational, evaluation, and negotiation skills
- Strong Internet skills
- Previous sales experience would be an asset
