About the Role
Our client is a leading Canadian logistics provider specializing in customs brokerage, bonded warehousing (CW/FTZ), and end-to-end eCommerce logistics. They are expanding their sales team and seeking a Customs Brokerage Sales Executive to drive new business across brokerage, bonded storage, and clearance services.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in customs brokerage who loves building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.
What You’ll Do

Sell customs clearance services (CLVS, LVS, IID, F-Type) to importers and eCommerce brands.

Promote bonded warehousing and storage solutions.

Prospect and engage importers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, and logistics buyers.

Host facility tours and deliver tailored service presentations.

Prepare quotes and proposals; maintain accurate CRM activity.

Stay updated on CBSA regulations, CARM changes, and FTZ/Bonded warehouse requirements.

Collaborate with operations for seamless client onboarding.
About You

5+ years of B2B sales experience in customs brokerage and/or bonded warehousing.

Strong understanding of CBSA clearance types and customs regulations.

Proven ability to close service-based or logistics sales.

Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.

Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing a full sales cycle.

Multilingual (Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish) is an asset but not required.

Able to travel locally for client visits.
