Job Description

Our client is a well-reputable company working primarily in the tile industry. They have been on the rise in the industry for over 10 years and aim to ensure reliability and durability in any installation. Located in the West Island of Montreal, they are presently seeking a Product Data Coordinator to work three days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate strong project management and organizational change management processes
  • Manage relationships with global data provision departments and outside integration partners
  • Effectively communicate data management goals and initiatives to stakeholders
  • Understand and adhere to business unit global product strategies and processes
  • Provide user training, awareness and education regarding Product Information Management principles, processes and systems
  • Travel as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience managing product related data
  • Understanding of Product Information Management principles, processes and industry best practices
  • Working experience with hybris’ Product Content Management (PCM) solution including the hybris Management Console (hMC), Product Cockpit, and web Content Management System (wCMS)
  • Ability to adhere to defined data policies, processes and procedures, and ability to suggest improvements
  • Business process management certifications and experience beneficial, e.g. BPM or ITIL
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot data related issues and find solutions
  • Ability to work within a team environment and take initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to plan and undertake projects and meet deadlines
  • Post-secondary degree in Information Technology or business-technology related field
