Responsibilities

  • Prospecting sales leads that require recruitment and staffing services through a variety of media and cold calling techniques
  • Develop strategies to target potential customers and markets
  • Booking and attending in-person meetings on a weekly basis
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships across multiple groups and levels
  • Daily interaction and brainstorming with Senior Management Team

 

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and in French
  • Bachelor's degree or completed technical degree
  • Tenacity, initiative, and drive balanced with flexibility and adaptability 
  • Strong communication, organisational, evaluation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong Internet skills
  • Previous sales experience would be an asset
